A club member has a cntact at Highmark and Highmark is requesting a frmal letter f request fr crprate spnsrship. Brian Stuart ffered t handle this request. Per Dan Bliss: Highmark has returned the wheelie rcks. Reviewed Olympic Ice & Related Activities sheet. Wheeling Nailers Pittsburgh Penguins minr league team asked if the club culd demnstrate curling after ne f their games. Fall f 2014 wuld be a better time fr the club t handle this request. 4

8 PUBLIC RELATIONS Business Cards MICHELLE CROWN New cntact infrmatin cards were created and rdered thrugh the website VistaPrint and shuld be delivered the week f February 10 th. Help Us Build cards are being drafted and will be rdered thrugh VistaPrint. These cards will have basic infrmatin abut dnatins, spnsrships, and why we want a dedicated facility, alng with cntact infrmatin. WEBSITE Brian Stuart: Upgrade web hsting accunt MARIE ROSE Due t the upcming Olympics and the pssibility f heavy traffic n the club s website, we shuld upgrade t a regular hsting accunt with Pair Netwrks. Hat Trick Club VOTES ALL USCA Arena Natinals Eligibility On 2/15/2014, Nick Visnich ed Steve Buffingtn questining Steve s decisin t nt certify Alexander Visnich t play in the 2014 USCA Arena Natinals. Steve frwarded the t the Bard t alert the Bard f the situatin and t ask Treasurer Daphne Rberts f the status f Alexander s membership. Bard members were als asked t weigh in n the subject abut Alexander s eligibility. A lengthy discussin (via s) was had between Bard members. The USCA was als cntacted fr guidance n this situatin. On 2/21/2014, an was sent t Bard members calling fr a mtin and subsequent vte t apprve Alexander Visnich s eligibility t curl in the 2014 USCA Arena Natinals. (Detailed and respnses are at the end f the minutes. On 2/25/2014 Alexander Visnich was ntified f the result f the vte. An was sent with attached signed letter and the redacted Bard discussins.
