The minutes are apprved as crrected, all in favr. TREASURER REPORT DEBBIE DIDZEREKIS Debbie Didzerekis (PNAHA Secretary/Treasurer) presented cpies and reviewed the June August 2015 Treasurer s Reprt. Ending balance as f August 31, 2015 is $114, The treasurers reprt is apprved as distributed, all in favr. PROPOSED BUDGET FOR Debbie Didzerekis (PNAHA Secretary/Treasurer) presented cpies f the prpsed budget. Added Bank Charges, Insurance and strage t the Business Operating Expenses, increased PNAHA League/State banners t cver additinal expense t cver thse banners. DRU HAMMOND, USA HOCKEY DISTRICT DIRECTOR Dru Hammnd serves n the Finance Cmmittee and they are getting ready t d the west cast swing and perfrm annual audits. ED IMES, USA HOCKEY PACIFIC DISTRICT REGISTRAR Cvered registratin materials in the mrning seminar. Registry pack has been frwarded t all Assciatin Registrars that requested it. Please use it as that is what wrks fr the current seasn. Pre-signed Travel Permits have been ed t all Yuth Assciatin Registrars. As in the past make sure they are sent t me prir t team leaving fr Canada.

The registry system is fairly cmplete. Check with them fr rsters, accident claim frms, turnament apps and ther items yu may need. CASEY JORGENSEN, USA HOCKEY GENERAL COUNSEL Casey Jrgensen attended t present the cmprehensive Safesprt prgram. Casey shared the fllwing vide with the grup. a Safesprt prgram verview and anther vide shwing the types f places were vilatins can ccur. Casey reviewed the many aspects t the Safesprt prgram that all assciatins shuld be aware f and wrk t ensure that yur vlunteers are educated. Dn t think it wn t happy t yur assciatin. It is advisable that assciatin bards shuld als take Safesprt training. As USA Hckey vlunteers are all mandatry reprters. 6. OFFICER'S REPORTS COACHING DIRECTOR ROB KAUFMAN Upcming Caching Clinics, September 26, 2015 Levels 1 & 2 at SnKing, September 26 (Level 1 & 2) & September 27 (Level 3) in Tri Cities, Nvember 7 (Level 3) in Tacma and Nvember 14 (Level 1 & 2) & Nvember 15 (Level 3) in Spkane. Currently Dug Kirtn, Rb Kaufman are ding trainings, there is anther persn in Spkane wh is training with Rb and Bb K frm Vancuver is als wrking/training with Rb t d the CEP educatin. There is a limited number f peple wh are permitted t be trainers due t the csts assciated with getting them t the natinal trainings. Develpment Camp will be January 23-24, 2016 at the Twn Tyta Center in Wenatchee. The plan is t expand n the parent meetings which started last year. The plan is t give the players mre infrmatin n ptins fr future hckey develpment and rutes. Dru Hammnd was able t attend the Multi District camp fr females. She was team leader and it was a great experience fr the female players. PNAHA and Pacific District females did really well. It is requested that assciatins d nt schedule bantam/midget games r turnaments during the develpment camp s that thse players wh are invited are able t attend. Educatin f WA players wh are playing ut f the state, what their ptins are fr attending the develpment camp. It was suggested that the infrmatin in the Guide bk be psted clearly n the website.
