Cash r check is preferred, credit card is accepted. -If yu prefer autmatic payments, yu need t set up autmatic bill pay with yur wn bank. -Fr Check payment, please write athlete s name and the mnth yu are paying fr in mem line. -Returned checks will result in a $25.00 fee fr the 1 st and 2 nd ffense. After the 2 nd ffense we will n lnger accept checks. -After 1 mnth f missed payment, the athlete s psitin n the team will be recnsidered. Terminatin: If yu decide Beynd All Stars is nt fr yu, yu may terminate yur cntract. Hwever, yu will nt be recnsidered fr a spt in the prgram in the future. Yu will be respnsible fr a Terminatin Fee f $500. All payments are final. Tuitin, unifrm, practice wear, and ther expenses r fees are nn-refundable. Athletes are t abstain frm using drugs, tbacc, alchl and ffensive language. This behavir will result in dismissal frm the prgram. Parents are t encurage respect and gd sprtsmanship by demnstrating psitive behavir and supprt fr all athletes, ther parents, caches, fans, and judges during all practices, events and cmpetitins. Disrespectful r negative behavir by a PARENT will result in dismissal f the athlete frm the prgram. Encurage yur child t play by the rules and respect the ther teammates, athletes, caches, fficials, and ther parents. Encurage yur child t be cmpassinate and caring twards thers. Bullying f any kind is nt tlerated at Beynd. Encurage yur child t hnr their cmmitments. Anyne threatening t quit r pull their child frm the team will be dismissed frm the prgram immediately. N parent may reprimand r discipline smene else s child. BA staff will handle any gym-related disciplinary actin. Parents may nt criticize ther athletes abilities, perfrmances, skills, etc. This behavir will result in dismissal. Please d nt discipline yur child by keeping them hme frm practice r cmpetitins. Ding s punishes the entire team. During practice all team and rutine decisins are left t the discretin f the caches. Practices may be changed, added, r remved at any time during the seasn with prper ntice. BA schedule is the athletes FIRST pririty. BA will nt wrk arund an athletes high schl sprts schedule (sccer, high schl cheer, etc.) Absences fr these events will be unexcused. (Exceptins will be handled n an individual basis) 3

4 Respect the privilege f the use f ur facility. N fd, gum, candy r sft drinks in the gym areas. N utside street shes are t be wrn in the gym areas. Assigned practice wear will be wrn t all team practices. D nt practice r tumble in lse fitting t-shirts r sweatpants. Hair shuld be cmpletely ut f the athletes face and secured at the beginning f practice, fr the entire practice. Be n time. It is crucial t the success f the team. Team practices are pen fr viewing the FIRST WEEK f every mnth. All ther practices are CLOSED t parents, friends, siblings, etc. Guests may view with permissin f the cach/wner. The gym viewing area is a privilege. Respect the athletes and staff and refrain frm negative remarks in the viewing area. DO NOT attempt t cmmunicate with yur child frm the viewing area. If parents becme a distractin they will be asked t leave the gym fr the remainder f practice. Only BA athletes and caches are allwed in the gym during team practice and tumbling classes. Abslutely n friends, parents, r siblings in the gym area during practice and classes. In the case f inclement weather, BA will typically fllw the lcal schl district fr clsing. This will depend n the weather at the end f the schl day. Please watch fr s r annuncements via the facebk page r Remind regarding practice. The gym will nt always clse when schl is clsed. Athletes must bring a full water bttle labeled with their name t practice/class. D nt enter the caches rm r ffice fr any reasn withut directin r permissin frm a cach. Parents, relatives, friends, etc., are nt allwed t apprach a cach with disrespectful cmments at a cmpetitin r practice. This will result in dismissal frm the prgram. Please t schedule a private meeting instead. Athletes will be allwed t sit ONE practice withut a Dr. s nte. Sitting ut f additinal practices will require a Dr. s nte. Staff will nt give Tylenl/Ibuprfen t athletes. Please put medicine in yur athlete s bag if necessary. Cmpetitin: It is likely t lse r add team members thrughut the seasn. The dismissal r additin f a team member is slely the cach/ gym wner s decisin. If detrimental t a teams scre, an injured athlete will NOT be n the flr fr cmpetitin. Replacements and fill-ins fr injured athletes is at the discretin f the wner/cach. Cmpetitin gifts and awards are nt guaranteed t injured athletes wh are nt n the specific cmpetitin rster. Summit bids are awarded t the number f athletes n the flr fr that specific perfrmance. The final Summit rster(s) fr the seasn, if any, are in the hands f the wner. There are n refunds n cmpetitin fees due t missing a cmpetitin, regardless f circumstance. A team s divisin r rutine may be changed prir t any event. This is the wner s decisin. Yu are required t attend ALL cmpetitins. Missing a cmpetitin will result in dismissal. Travel events are fr athletes, staff & family nly. NO byfriends are t accmpany athletes t vernight events. It is likely we will reserve a htel blck fr travel cmpetitins. It is REQUIRED that athletes stay at the designated htel (Exceptins will be handled n an individual basis). Lcal and travel cmpetitins are fr cheer first and family vacatin secnd. Beach time r swimming befre perfrming is up t the caches discretin. All athletes attending travel cmpetitins MUST have an assigned chaperne, parent, r guardian. N athlete may travel alne. BA staff will have sle cmmunicatin with the cmpetitin cmpanies. Parents are nt permitted t cntact vendrs directly. It is strngly encuraged fr all BA teams t watch each ther perfrm. Smetimes this means shwing up t the venue early r staying later t supprt the teams. On cmpetitin days, please refrain frm cntacting a cach unless yu are a team parent, r have an emergency. If yu are lst, running late, r need assistance with yur child s unifrm, please cntact yur team parent. It is ultimately the parents respnsibility t knw what is ging n with their child s team! Please check s, TEAM APP, and Facebk grup regularly and cmmunicate with yur team parent. Scial Media: N athlete r parent may pst inapprpriate/negative messages r images n scial media abut Beynd All Stars, a Beynd All Stars team, All Star cheerleading, r anther prgram. This includes psts abut wanting t quit while in seasn. Athletes and parents expressing a desire t quit will be suspended r dismissed. 5 Beynd All Stars Apparel: All BA lgs and brands are prtected. All spirit wear items must be purchased thrugh Beynd All Stars r the GTM TeamStre. If a spnsr r Team Parent wants t buy an item fr an entire team, that rder must be apprved by Katie Miller. Katie has authrity ver artwrk designs, including spnsred items. Anyne attempting t create, SELL r give away items with the BA LOGOS, NAME r LIKENESSES will be in vilatin f this plicy. Mney cannt be asked f parents r Team Parents t buy spirit items, gdy bag items, cmpetitin gifts, r any ther nnmandatry items. Team Parents: If yu are interested in being a team parent please let the caches knw after evaluatins. Team Parents will be in charge f the fllwing: Fster cmmunicatin between parents and caches when necessary thrughut the seasn Learn and knw all team athletes names Organize at least 2 team bnding activities.
