Each year we field several teams in different levels and have wn cuntless lcal, reginal, and natinal titles as yu will see hundreds f trphies, plaques and banners lining the walls f ur facility. Mst imprtantly we are a family friendly prgram and we encurage ur cheerleaders t wrk hard and have fun in the prcess. Our staff is here t strengthen and cnditin, teach prper mtin technique, jumps, stunting and tumbling. All Funtastics caches are highly cmmitted t the sprt f cheerleading, and are required t cntinue their educatin by attending wrkshps, clinics, and camps. Additinally, First Aid, CPR, and Safety Certificatins are required f all staff. 4 Seasn Pricing (Excluding Cmpetitin Fees - Which can be fundraised) Annual cst includes unlimited team practices, team chregraphy and music, cmpetitin shes, hair bw, perfrmance make up, and annual registratin fee. Funtastics ffers FREE financing f yur cheer csts allwing yu t make cnvenient mnthly payments if yu wish. This year, ur Tiny team will be getting a NEW sublimated utfit t cmpete in. This is the separate $100 fee at registratin. Yu will get t keep this utfit unlike in years past! The cmpetitin fees (payable t The Flyers Bster Club) and any family travel expenses are nt included in the annual csts listed. Als, any ptinal activities including tumbling classes, pen gyms & clinics are als nt included. One practice utfit will need t be separately purchased if yu d nt already wn it. By Octber 1 st please make sure yu have Any White Shrts and a Black Funtastics T-shirt. There is a 25% discunt ff the mnthly tuitin fr the secnd child & 50% fr third and furth child. ALL DISCOUNTS ARE OFF OF THE BASE TUITION. TINYS DO NOT QUALIFY FOR THE WORK DAY DISCOUNT. Fr mnthly paying custmers, if yu pay CASH/CHECK befre the 25 th f the mnth, then yu will receive a $5.00 discunt - which saves $40 a year! This $300 cvers the athlete s cmpetitin entry fees, the annual Bster Club membership fee, the banquet, any cach s fees (travel pay, htels & transprtatin) and any miscellaneus fun activities fr the teams thrughut the seasn. They are a nnprfit rganizatin. Fundraising is available fr the entire $300 thrugh the Flyers Bster Club. Fundraising can help financially pay fr all r a prtin f yur fees fr this prgram. There is a black bx behind the frnt desk that yu can leave yur cash r check in with yur name assigned t it. Trina Lindell is the President and can help yu with anything yu need. There will als be mnthly Bster Club meetings if yu d like t attend. If yu need t pay by credit card yu can Trina t request a PayPal link (trina.m.lindell@ustrust.cm). USASF: (United States All Star Federatin) states that ur athletes are nt eligible t cmpete unless their $30 membership fee is paid. This is an annual fee that USASF requires each cheerleader t pay t cmpete. This $30 fee will be paid thru the Bster Club this year. Yu can pay it anytime; hwever, it must be paid by Nvember 30th fr yur child t participate in the 1 st cmpetitin. 6 Htels The 1 st cmpetitin is in Kissimmee s it is nt mandatry t stay the night; hwever, mst families d decide t g up the night befre since their divisin tends t be earlier in the day. Imprtant Clarificatins Tuitin payments cver a seasn f training. Tuitin des nt change based n mre r less practices in any given mnth. Paying tuitin des nt pay fr the right t perfrm at cmpetitin. In the event yur child is injured and unable t participate fr an extended perid f time, prgram payments must still be paid. Yur child shuld cntinue t attend practice with limited participatin based n Dctr Recmmendatin. Fundraising is currently available thrugh the parent run Flyers Bster Club t raise all r a prtin f yur csts fr this prgram. If yu start the prgram after September 1st, and chse the mnthly payment ptin yur mnthly payments will be higher due t less mnthly payments being made n the ttal amunt due. The amunt yu pay each mnth will be determined by the remaining mnths in the seasn. If yur child shuld leave the prgram fr any reasn prir t 4/30/2017 yu will be respnsible fr all remaining payments as many f the prducts and services, yu have received have been amrtized ver an 8-mnth perid. At the discretin f Funtastics Management yu may be relieved f the training fr any FULL mnths left in the seasn shuld yu leave the prgram early. All families n the mnthly payment plans must cmplete an AUTO Debit Authrizatin Frm. This is the ONLY ptin fr families nt paying in full. Credit r Debit Cards are acceptable fr the Aut Debit Authrizatin. If any payments made via Aut Debit d nt clear n the 25 th f the mnth yu will be immediately ntified thru . Yu will have 5 days t prvide anther acceptable frm f payment with n additinal fees. After the 1 st f the mnth a $40 late fee will be assessed if yur accunt is nt current. On the 15 th f the mnth if yur accunt is still nt current yur child will nt be allwed t practice until yur accunt is brught current. If yur accunt becmes mre than 30 days delinquent it will be turned ver t cllectins fr the entire remaining balance. All Cmpetitin Fees are Nn-Refundable fr any reasn. Mst events are paid days prir t the actual cmpetitin day and the cmpanies d nt refund individual cheerleader fees. Additinally, all caches expenses are divided equally amng team members and will nt be adjusted due t a cheerleaders nn participatin at an event. 7 Rules & Plicies General Only team athletes are permitted int the gym. Family, siblings and friends must watch frm the viewing area. N fd, drinks, r gum ther than plain water are allwed in the gym. Everyne must clean up after themselves & thrw trash away. Cell phnes may nt be brught int the gym. They must be left in the team rm and be turned OFF and may nt be checked at any time during practice. Funtastics Website and the address prvided t the gym and team mm must be checked daily fr any and all updates. There is n excuse fr being unifrmed if the infrmatin has been prvided t yu. Funtastics will nt apprve any privately mngrammed clthing r accessries bearing the gym name r lg. All clthing bearing the gym r team names r lgs must be purchased thrugh the gym. Parental supprt plays an extremely imprtant rle in the success f yur sn r daughter, and the team. We hpe that yu will be invlved in the prgram, and spend as much time as pssible supprting yur child in becming a great Funtastics Cheerleader. Parents agree NOT t use restrictin frm practices as a frm f punishment fr their child, as this punishes the entire team Dress Cde Hair must be wrn ff the shulders with bw in and ut f the face at practice. Nails must be trimmed shrter than fingertips. N jewelry. Only cheer shes may be wrn with practice and cmpetitin unifrms unless therwise instructed. All lst r damaged practice r cmpetitin unifrm pieces must be replaced immediately. Blmers are t wrn under shrts by all female athletes t all practices. Lw cut black scks are t be wrn with the cmpetitin unifrm. A gym bag and water bttle shuld be brught t each practice. Sprtsmanship and Cnduct All prgram members shuld set a psitive example fr thers t fllw. Be respectful and curteus t everyne. Schedule an appintment t speak with a cach r staff member t discuss any issues that arise. Refrain frm gssip and negative talk abut the staff, cheerleaders r parents. Accept all team placements with true dignity and class. Any prize mney earned at cmpetitin will be used in the prgram at the discretin f Funtastics management & staff. Be prud f the mney yur team earned twards the betterment f the FF prgram. Supprt and cngratulate ther teams at cmpetitin.

8 Attendance Attendance is paramunt. Yu are expected t attend all practices, exhibitins, and cmpetitins as a team. Our rutines incrprate every team member. One member s absence has a negative impact n the rest f the team. Athletes missing any practice withut a valid reasn may be remved frm the prgram immediately. In additin, athletes missing excessive practices whether the absences were fr valid reasns r nt may be remved frm the prgram. This is a team sprt, and all team members are required in rder t have the mst prductive practices. Valid reasns fr missing practice are: Cntagius Illness, Death in Family r PRE-APPROVED Schl Cheerleading Event. Summer practice attendance is required. Unplanned absences must have an absence request turned in and apprved in rder fr the athlete t miss practice. THERE ARE NO EXCUSED ABSENCES FROM A COMPETITION. Every team member is expected t attend every cmpetitin. Any athlete that misses a cmpetitin may be remved frm the prgram. All athletes must: Make Funtastics a pririty ver ther extracurricular activities. This means yu may have t miss schl events, parties, and ther pssible majr events t be at practice and cmpetitins. Athletes will be cnditined if tardy. D all that is necessary t ensure yur child arrives n time t practices and ther events, and des nt leave practice early. Attend and be prepared t participate in all Funtastics activities including additinal practices that may be scheduled t ensure success f ur teams. Present a dctr s nte fr injuries r illness that requires missing practice. Arrive 15 minutes early t all activities including practices and cmpetitins. Schedule vacatins s they d nt cnflict with cmpetitins (including all practices the week befre cmpetitin) Call the gym fr any last minute r unplanned absences. Travel/Cmpetitins Parents are respnsible fr travel arrangements fr their child including transprtatin and htel accmmdatins (See abve fr Daytna). All cheerleaders must be in a htel rm with a parent. All families are expected t stay at the hst htel and t bk rms by the apprpriate deadline. Teams - Funtastics reserves the right t: Place athletes n the team it feels will best suit them and the prgram. Clse practices. Decide the rle and psitin an athlete will play n their team. Request an athlete take additinal classes r clinics t imprve their skill level. Require additinal r lnger practices if necessary fr the team. Mve, replace, add, suspend r dismiss and athlete frm a team r the prgram at any time during the year based n criteria including: Attendance, Attitude, Skills, and Finances & Parent Negativity.

9 Frequently Asked Questins What d I have t pay fr at Registratin? Yu may make yur first mnthly payment r an annual payment at registratin PLUS yur unifrm rental fee. (Either $250 r $1,200) I already have cheer shes. Can I remve them frm the payment due t save mney? N items can be mitted. New shes are required fr all athletes. I already have sme f the practice clthes. D I need t purchase new nes? If yu have the required practice utfit, then yu d nt need t purchase anything else. What days will my team practice n? Mndays & Wednesdays frm 5:30-6:30pm. What Tumbling Skills des my child need t make a specific team? There are n requirements fr Tinys. What type f payment is accepted at Funtastics? If yu are paying in full, the $1,200 must be paid in cash r check. Funtastics will Aut Debit yur current balance each mnth if yu have decided t pay mnthly fr the 2016/2017 seasn. Yu can pay cash, check r credit card befre the 25 th f each mnth as well. Can yu guarantee I will be a Flyer? N. Smetimes we train mre flyers than we actually need. We will put ur best flyers in the air at cmpetitin. This is n reflectin n yur effrt. If yu will nly accept a psitin n a specific team r yu nly want t cheer if yu can be a flyer, then this is nt the right prgram fr yu. We want cheerleaders that want t be a part f ur TEAM and prgram. Can I be n mre than ne team at Funtastics? We may ask certain individuals t cheer n mre than ne team here at Funtastics. We d this fr the benefit f the teams and the prgram. The selectins are based n the needs f specific teams, and the age and ability f the cheerleader. Cheering fr mre than ne team requires a lt f dedicatin, and time management skills, but can be extremely rewarding and beneficial t the athlete. If yu are selected t duble team Funtastics will nt charge yu any additinal tuitin fr yur extra training time in the gym. When is my mnthly tuitin payment due? Yur payment will be autmatically debited n the 25 th f the mnth fr the fllwing mnth, unless yu have cme in PRIOR t the 25 th and made a payment in cash/check. (Yu will receive a $5 tuitin credit if yu pay in cash/check befre the 25 th ). Additinally, if yur credit card is declined yu will be ntified that week. Yu will have until the 1 st f the mnth t pay the balance therwise a late fee f $40 will be charged t yur accunt. We have financial respnsibilities and depend n yur timely payments. We appreciate yur planning accrdingly. Are any Classes included in my tuitin? N. Only the full year teams that began in May qualify fr the free tumbling & flyers classes. Yu may sign up fr a recreatinal tumbling class and receive 25% ff. Culd my actins as a parent affect my athlete s invlvement with Funtastics? Abslutely. We welcme yur cmments and cncerns. We als believe negativity is extremely cntagius and ask that yu nt share negative cmments with ther families. A psitive atmsphere is the best way t achieve ur gals.
